Training provider VTE Formation is a training provider that specialises in certifying technicians working on vehiclesrunning on alternative fuels: NGV (Natural Gas for Vehicles): CNG and LNG (Compressed / LiquefiedNatural Gas) and soon Hydrogen.Combining theory and practical training, our aim is to provide your employees with all the technical,regulatory and environmental knowledge they need in order to perform their jobs safely. VTE Formation offers INTER-COMPANY training at its “Etienne Lenoir” training centre in Marcoussis(91) or INTRA-COMPANY training at your premises. Useful information failure to produce a valid CID report at the MOT is considered a major defect. A CID, or Control by detailed inspection is a visual check, carried out without disassembly, of all the components in the vehicle’s high-pressure system. Tanks, valves, pipes and fittings, shut-off and safety devices, pressure gauges, etc. operating at a working pressure of 200 bar are subject to specific monitoring and regular inspections to prevent any risk of fire or explosion. Current regulations for NGV vehicles ? Waste recovery division DEPOLLUTIONDECONSTRUCTION: RECYCLING Our aims To recover noble materials (carbon fibre and fibreglass) which are currently destined only for landfill at the end of their life cycle To support the CSR initiatives of the VTE Group’s partner companies To partner with ELV centres in the depollution of NGV vehicles To supplement energy transition in road and passenger transport by integrating waste DEPOLLUTION – DECONSTRUCTION: Our NGV vehicle depollution services cover CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) tanks. We carry out all depollution operations either on site, at the operators’ premises or in approved ELV centres: degassing the tanks by burning or transferring the NGV removing the tanks if necessary neutralising each tank and sealing them permanently regulatory administrative procedures for withdrawing tanks from service. Recyclage Our ambition: To create the No. 1 centre in France for the deconstruction and recovery of composite pressure equipment, alongside key players and eco-friendly waste management organisations.
